Return & Exchange Policy
At ZAHARCHEV - Winery & Distillery, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@zaharchev.mk within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. We will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues. Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened bottles or products that have been damaged after delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
